Hi! I'm Julia, AKA Rodita, an illustrator originally from Argentina and currently based in Perth, Western Australia.
I have a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires and have spent more than seven years working in the printing industry. Helping bring other people's projects to life (and occasionally my own!) has given me a deep appreciation for paper, ink, printing processes and all the little details that turn an idea into something tangible.
My work combines illustration, collage, hand lettering and a love for bright colours, playful characters and anything a little bit quirky. I'm always experimenting with new techniques and just finished studying Public Art (Murals!) at TAFE.
Whether it's a publication, a product, wedding stationery, characters, a poster or something in between, I love creating artwork that feels joyful, approachable and full of personality.
